Job Summary :

The Busser helps provide exceptional dining service to customers in a timely, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. He or she sets and resets dining room tables to maximize prompt table availability for our guests, removes plates, glassware, and silverware when guests have completed their meal, and quickly and efficiently re-sets and re-stocks the table for new guests.

The Busser is polite and friendly to guests, wait staff, and management and must follow proper sanitation standards and keep his or her workstation clean and sanitary at all times.

Responsibilities :

• Sets up dining areas before beginning shift and cleans dining areas after
• Maintains work area in a neat and organized manner
• Follows safety and sanitation rules and practices

Requirements :

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma preferred
• Previous experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Helpful attitude and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of general sanitary and safety practices
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
